Alrighty. This batch is mostly House icons. More specifically, they're from episode 3x01 Meaning which means, if you haven't seen the episode yet, these are spoilery icons!

And I'd just like to say I hate text. Text and I do not get along. So I apologize if the text on my icons sucks. I can't seem to figure it out. That's why I offer textless versions of my icons. Or I don't even bother to put text on them at all. Plus, colourful icons are all the rage anyway.

Okay, so I've decided to start journaling because jr__nal has sparked some strong creative energy in me.

So, there will probably be journaling-type things in here from time to time. Photographs of pages as I complete them or possibly resources/ideas for other people who want to journal as well.

What I bring to you first are photographs of the fabric I purchased today.

TIP Check out your local fabric store and ask them about their remnants. I was able to buy all of these fabrics for SUPER CHEAP (a few cost less than 10 cents!) and you're not left with a lot of waste, either. When it comes to journaling you obviously don't want your pages to look the same so you don't want to pay for a lot of one material. Remnants make me happy.

I'm share the photos here because if anyone else is interested in journaling and you see some fabric you like, let me know and I'll see about sending some to you. I was thinking about maybe finding other people who are interested in trading fabric, but who knows.

Just did some colour adjusting on some photos and cropped them into icons. These are not bases, so if you take them please don't modify them. It took quite awhile to get them looking as clean as they do.

Finally made some fucking icons I like. My god. It's been an ongoing battle for the last 3 or 4 months to even make ONE icon at a time that I don't hate. And a few of them were ones that were sitting in my icons folder until I had a big enough update.

I made a Billie Joe icon for a friend and liked the style so much that I decided to use the same base and make a bunch of hockey icons so people could have icons of their fav players.

The journal's been revamped. Same layout images but its a new style, this way I can organize my entries using the supercool tag feature instead of memories (which are annoying omg). Things should be easier to find now.

I don't know how people make huge icon posts. It takes me forever to do just one or two icons and I exhaust my muse. Anyway, here are some Lost and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory icons.

Oh, and I caved and bought myself paid time on this account. My bestest friend is going to help me set up an S2 style that I like so that I can have people use 'tags' instead of 'memories' because the memories on LJ is less than dependable.

Was feeling in a goofy mood this morning while chatting online and felt like cropping some of the comics I've been saving. Here they are.

I don't want you to credit me in the keywords of these icons. I didn't make them, all I did was crop the comics from which they came. Therefore, instead of crediting me, it'd be faboo if you just throw in the comic's name, or in the new 'comment' box on your icon page, put in the name of the LJ feed for the comic. All information behind the cut with the icons.
